국가과학기술인력개발원은 외국인 연구자·대학원생의 국내 R&D 정착과 경력개발 지원 의견을 반영하고자 ‘2025 이공계 외국인 연구자 경력개발 프로그램 아이디어 공모전’ 을 실시합니다. 한국에서 연구하는 과학기술인 분들의 많은 관심과 제안 바랍니다.
○ 모집대상
- 한국에 거주하는 이공계 외국인 연구자 및 대학원생
- 외국인 연구자와 함께 일하는 한국인
○ 신청기간 : 2025. 8. 4. (월) ~ 8. 29. (금) 18:00
○ 모집주제 : 아래 주제 중 택1
○ 신청방법
- 방법 : 신청서 작성(붙임1) 후 구글폼 업로드(https://forms.gle/6u88JE6urzX7X1r47)
- 내용 : 제목, 현황 및 문제점, 구체적 방안, 기대효과 및 활용가능성
※ 생성형 AI활용, 타 공모전에 채택된 아이디어 무단사용 등 위반 시 수상 제외
○ 결과발표 : 2025. 9. 19. (금)
○ 시상내역 : 총 30명 2백만원 상금, 인력개발원장 명의 상장 수여

[Call for proposals] Career Support Program Idea Contest for International STEM Researchers
KIRD is developing career development programs for international researchers so that exceptional global talents in STEM can connect, learn, and grow within Korea’s R&D ecosystem — regardless of nationality.
Share your ideas for programs and support initiatives for international researchers! Your experiences, thoughts, and insights as an international researcher can become a reality in the research field — together with KIRD.
○ Eligibility
- International STEM researchers or graduate students currently residing in Korea
- Korean nationals working with international researchers
○ Application Period : August 4 (Mon), 2025 – August 29 (Fri), 2025, 18:00 (KST)
○ Topics (Choose one)
○ How to apply
- Fill out the attached application form and upload it to the Google Form

- Require Content : Title, background, necessity and objectives, detailed content, implementation plan, and expected outcomes.
